Just because

When was the last time you sent a card to someone special just because.......

Owls!

I love my owl punch from StampinUp!  People think I am crazy, however I can sit for hours with my tweezers putting together these little cuties.

I also love a simple card for those times when you just need to grab a card on the run. I love this sewing inspired designer paper.

I usually leave my creations blank because I like to add my own quotes from my favourite poems or books I have read.  You might be like my mum who spends hours searching for the right card with the perfect verse.  I will be posting some of my favourite things to put in cards over the coming week so stay tuned.

It's Friday!

Hello everyone! Another week comes to an end and I have yet to even get halfway through my to do list. I hope you are all having better luck than me.  Funny though I always seem to make time for making cards!

I love simple, elegant cards.  This birdcage card is very reflective of the latest trends in papercraft.  A simple addition using my paper scorer and you have the finished product. Have a wonderful weekend.

Kin Kin Creations Market

On Sunday I had my very first official market stall at the Kin Kin Creations Market.  What a beautiful and friendly community Kin Kin is.  I have fallen hard for this little place hidden in the Noosa Hinterland.  I was welcomed with warm hugs and smiles.  I instantly felt comfortable and at home.  I met some lovely and incredibly talented people.  Check out my facebook page for the names of some of these amazing people and their oh so cute creations.  There was wonderful food, great entertainment and a great range of things for sale.  The market is held on the first Sunday of every month.  I will let you all know when the next one is.  Thankyou to Anita, Michelle and the wonderful Kin Kin locals for a unique and wonderful event.

Now for the thing you have all been waiting for.  My new creations.  Here are a few to make up for the lack of things to look at lately.

Stay tuned for more posts.  I have downloaded heaps of images on to my computer so I should be able to post most days.  Enjoy everyone.

Don't forget to contact me if you want to buy some of my creations.  I don't bite!!!

How cute are the little Babushka Dolls.  I think they are my new favourites. I hope you like them.
